About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Director of Legal to lead and drive legal strategy across multiple geographies. This is a high-impact role based in Dubai reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the legal function of a dynamic and fast-growing company.

What You'll be Doing

• Provide expert legal counsel across diverse markets and industries managing legal matters with a global reach.
• Lead the development and scaling of the legal team and infrastructure to support the company’s growth, ensuring the function aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate robust legal risk management strategies and implement efficient legal processes tailored to a startup environment.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including finance, compliance, and operations to drive strategic business decisions and ensure legal alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the management of complex transactions, contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving market.

Who You'll Be Working with:

Directly reporting to our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and closely working with our Legal and Operations Team.
