About the Job
We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our F&B operations, curating exceptional dining experiences for guests of Nurai Island Resort. This role requires an accomplished professional with an extensive track record in managing elite F&B operations within ultra-luxury resort environments. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction while preserving the distinctive charm and elegance that define our resort's dining venues.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of F&B professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
2. Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
3. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, consistently surpassing guest expectations.
4. Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to craft innovative menus that cater to diverse palates and reflect the latest culinary trends.
5. Financial Management: Develop and manage the F&B budget, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and control costs without compromising quality. Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability while maintaining the luxurious standards of the resort.
6. Guest Experience: Enhance the guest experience by delivering personalized service, swiftly addressing any F&B-related concerns, and adapting offerings to meet guest preferences. Continuously seek feedback to refine and elevate the overall dining experience.
7. Compliance: Ensure all F&B operations adhere to health and safety regulations, industry standards, and resort policies.

About You:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field (advanced certifications preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of F&B experience in ultra-luxury hospitality environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing F&B teams.
- Exceptional organizational and operational skills, with experience managing F&B budgets, inventory, and procurement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Passion for culinary innovation and a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to sustainable and ethical practices in sourcing ingredients and managing F&B operations.
