Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are looking for a Director – Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial strategy, planning, and decision-making for a dynamic and growth-focused organization. This is a senior leadership role that requires expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics, as well as strong business acumen to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
2. Develop financial models and performance insights to support business growth
3. Partner with senior leadership to track KPIs and optimize capital allocation
4. Oversee financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity
5. Lead digital finance transformation initiatives, leveraging data analytics and automation
6. Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team

Key Requirements:

1. MBA in Finance or professional qualifications (CIMA, CA, ACCA preferred)
2. 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
3. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business intelligence tools
4. Proven ability to influence business strategy through data-driven insights
5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
