Mada Media, Dubai's leading outdoor media entity, is seeking an exceptional Director of Commercial and Business Development to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead commercial operations, including contract management, pricing strategies, and revenue analysis.
2. Oversee the business development team in market research, strategic partnerships, and investor networking.
3. Manage the permits and client support section, ensuring smooth operations and dispute resolution.
4. Drive strategic planning to expand market presence and increase profitability.
5. Monitor industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and inform business strategies.
6. Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
7. Ensure alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
2. 15+ years of work experience, including 10 years in Media/Advertising.
3. Proven leadership experience at the Director/Senior Manager level with a strong network in key markets.
4. Expertise in advertising regulations, standards, and best practices, especially in out-of-home advertising.
5. Fluent in English, with Arabic proficiency as an advantage.
