Director of Catering - Staff Housing

Hiring Director of Catering - Staff Housing for one of our clients in RAK.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Director of Catering Staff Housing is responsible for overseeing all catering operations within staff housing facilities, ensuring the highest quality of service and food for employees. This role involves managing catering staff, developing menus, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Director will also work closely with the housing operations team to meet the diverse needs of staff, create an engaging dining experience, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. Culinary certification or equivalent experience.
3. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in catering or food service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
4. Experience managing catering for large groups, preferably in a staff housing, institutional, or hospitality setting.
5. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Middle East region.
6. Experience in staff housing or employee welfare services.
7. Experience in event planning and execution.
