Join a leading exhibitions agency in the Middle East, renowned for delivering world-class events and exhibitions. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director with a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market and a strong background in events and exhibitions.

The Senior Director will spearhead business development and corporate services within the Events & Exhibitions department. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing market positioning, and ensuring operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and revenue.
2. Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to attract and secure new clients locally, regionally, and internationally.
3. Revenue Opportunities: Identify and implement new revenue streams, including partnerships and sponsorships.
4. Budget Management: Oversee budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
5. Event Planning: Manage staffing, speaker selection, and vendor coordination for events.
6. Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to guide business decisions.
7. Operational Leadership: Oversee corporate services (HR, finance, IT, legal) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
8. Vendor Relations: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for cost efficiency and quality service.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic credentials.
2. Extensive experience in leading events & exhibitions agency, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
3. In-depth knowledge of the events and exhibitions industry.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and drive business growth.

Salary approx 45 - 55,000 AED
