• Leadership: Manage and develop the accounting outsourcing team.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and concerns.
• Service Delivery: Oversee accounting services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process Improvement: Implement strategies for process enhancements and operational efficiency.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Financial Management: Monitor divisional financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in client management and service delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Prior work experience in UAE in Accounting and Payroll outsourcing is a must.
