Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. From concept to execution, lead brand creative and digital/e-commerce marketing teams to develop 360 campaigns and effective assets/content that drive brand objectives and help achieve commercial targets.
  2. Innovation: Shape creative direction and brand positioning of product launches.
  3. Brand engagement/social: Set brand messaging and align influencer and social activations with 360 campaigns to ensure full-funnel goals are met.
  4. Growth channel: Spearhead brand and product launches to maximize online awareness, consideration and conversion, including developing effective assets.
  5. Continually track brand, digital and commercial metrics/KPIs, while providing regular performance reports and recommendations to beat benchmarks and achieve goals.
  6. Oversee applicable brand budgets, refining plans as needed to ensure maximum ROI.
  7. Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to promote EDB's banking products and services.
  8. Develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with EDB's mission and values.
  9. Partner and manage agencies in developing best-in-class marketing communication.
  10. Proactively engage with the business and product teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs, initiatives, and campaigns that cater to the success and growth of the business.
  11. Translating the bank's vision and growth aspirations into a series of marketing interventions.
  12. Develop innovative campaigns with unique propositions that would generate customer interest.
  13. Lead the budgeting process based on the initiatives recommended by the business teams, rationalize the budget, and manage utilization.
  14. Increase engagement levels across all social media platforms and touchpoints.
  15. Create differentiated marketing communication based on consumer insights done through research.
  16. Develop and manage the marketing calendar for the year in collaboration with the business and other teams.
  17. Work closely with internal marketing teams to ensure that every tool of the marketing mix is effectively utilized.
  18. Collaborate with product teams to develop new product launch plans and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  19. Analyse campaign performance and customer data to inform future marketing strategies and tactics.
  20. Work closely with senior management to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the bank's overall business objectives and brand values.
  21. Manage and grow EDB's social media presence.
  22. Create and curate content to foster community engagement.
  23. Monitor brand performance and sentiment.
  24. Monitor and ensure stringent application of and adherence to visual standards and guidelines across departments to maintain a strong brand presence across all touchpoints.
  25. Control costs on all designated projects with the view to abating the best possible value without compromising quality.
