Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • From concept to execution, lead brand creative and digital/e-commerce marketing teams to develop 360 campaigns and effective assets/content that drive brand objectives and help achieve commercial targets.
  • Innovation: Shape creative direction and brand positioning of product launches.
  • Brand engagement/social: Set brand messaging and align influencer and social activations with 360 campaigns to ensure full-funnel goals are met.
  • Growth channel: Spearhead brand and product launches to maximize online awareness, consideration, and conversion, including developing effective assets.
  • Continually track brand, digital and commercial metrics/KPIs, while providing regular performance reports and recommendations to beat benchmarks and achieve goals.
  • Oversee applicable brand budgets, refining plans as needed to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to promote EDB's banking products and services.
  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with EDB's mission and values.
  • Partner and manage agencies in developing best-in-class marketing communication.
  • Proactively engage with the business and product teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs, initiatives, and campaigns that cater to the success and growth of the business.
  • Translating the bank's vision and growth aspirations into a series of marketing interventions.
  • Develop innovative campaigns with unique propositions that would generate customer interest.
  • Lead the budgeting process based on the initiatives recommended by the business teams, rationalize the budget, and manage utilization.
  • Increase engagement levels across all social media platforms and touchpoints.
  • Create differentiated marketing communication based on consumer insights done through research.
  • Develop and manage the marketing calendar for the year in collaboration with the business and other teams.
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to ensure that every tool of the marketing mix is effectively utilized.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop new product launch plans and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data to inform future marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the bank's overall business objectives and brand values.
  • Manage and grow EDB's social media presence.
  • Create and curate content to foster community engagement.
  • Monitor brand performance and sentiment.
  • Monitor and ensure stringent application of and adherence to visual standards and guidelines across departments to maintain a strong brand presence across all touchpoints.
  • Control costs on all designated projects with the view to abating the best possible value without compromising quality.
