We currently have an opportunity for a Director, Marketing – EMEA, to join our Four Seasons Corporate team in Dubai! This role reports to the Vice President, Portfolio Marketing & Vice President, Commercial – EMEA. Working in the dynamic environment of the Four Seasons Marketing department, the Director of Marketing – EMEA will be an integral member of the world-class Commercial team that drives consumer marketing in EMEA, for one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands. This role will be responsible for driving the regional marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and acquisition of new guests, leading the strategic and campaign planning process for their region to ensure they are delivering a consistent and optimized marketing message, aligned to the global framework.
He/she will focus on driving stronger messaging integration by leveraging creative and paid media to deliver effective campaigns and messages to the right audiences, driving value and fueling growth for Four Seasons in the region. They will lead a small and nimble team to oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring seasonal objectives and KPIs are met to maximize brand impact and business performance.
The successful candidate will act as a key council to local marketing teams, coaching and inspiring individuals and project teams to achieve performance improvements and personal growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the region. Critical to their role will be continuously evaluating and refining marketing strategies to maximize ROI on key business initiatives and ensure long-term success.
Travel for this role will be throughout EMEA and to Toronto/Miami required.
