Director Maintenance Production Control

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and revise the strategic processes of the Maintenance and Production Control Department based on the company business plan(s).
2. Oversee and review all maintenance and production control functions to ensure alignment of department objectives to overall program goals.
3. Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System program.
4. Direct the Associate Director, Maintenance and the Senior Manager, Production Control with regards to production planning scheduling, data analysis, spare parts availability and loading of the workshops.
5. Review all department activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and established Quality and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
