Job Summary: The Director, IT will be responsiable to oversee all business system by enforcing existing and creating new policies, providing overview and guidance to the business, perform activities to manage the end to end process of business systems, defining project time lines, budgets, standards and enhancements throughout the applications’ lifecycle as well as understanding best practices, techniques and procedures essential to a deployed application's optimal operation, performance and efficiency throughout the enterprise and secure integrations. Drive the strategy for office automation and collaboration. Leading the business systems and support services team, ensuring excellent service, and driving customer satisfaction. Requirements: A perfect candidate must have a minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role. Minimum education to degree graduate level. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong strategic thinking and ability to convert planning into implementation. Able to work under pressure and towards deadlines, be able to work as part of a team, and be a selfmotivated and approachable and friendly person. Team- and project leadership. ERP system implementation, rollout, support, and integration. HRMS system implementation, rollout, support, and integration. Implementing office automation on the Microsoft platform, combining Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and other Microsoft modules. Budget-, License- and Vendor Management. SAP / Microsoft certifications. ITIL and / or Six Sigma certified. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders for system updates, improvements, and replacements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategies and budgets.
  • Review tender packages, RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s for new products.
  • Provide project management, following the Kerzner Project Management Framework.
  • Establish and maintain integrations between business systems.
  • Liaise with the hospitality applications- and technology teams on integrations.
  • Liaise with the Global Finance team on ERP systems and their integrations.
  • Drive and implement office automation and collaboration initiatives.
  • Review and identify business processes and policies to enhance collaboration and communication.
  • Actively engage with business leaders, other departments, and property IT to drive business system initiatives and communication.
  • Maintaining ICT brand standards for IT equipment and business systems. Specific applications include:
  • Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and related (Microsoft Platform).
  • HRMS, incl. Time & Attendance and Payroll (SAP).
  • Expense Management (SAP Concur).
  • Finance and ERP (iScala). Financial Budgeting (Hyperion).
  • Contract Management (Zycus).
  • Ticketing & Asset Management System (Service Desk / Manage Engine).
Required Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong strategic thinking and ability to convert planning into implementation.
