About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Human Resources to join our team in Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

1. Provide leadership, direction, and support to the HR team to increase knowledge, skill sets, and share best practices, fostering a high-performing HR function.
2. Develop and drive the property HR strategy in line with corporate and regional HR direction and monitor its execution to ensure the achievement of objectives.
3. Drive the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities, and building leadership capability through senior and middle management teams.
4. Ensure effective two-way communication between HR and corporate/regional HR, coordinating internal communications to ensure colleagues receive relevant and timely messages in an appropriate style and medium.
5. Plan and deploy the annual HR budget and capital expenditure process, ensuring Profit & Loss statements are well-managed and monitored.
6. Propose changes to organizational structures using best practice principles to support future growth and flexible labor, optimizing organizational effectiveness.

About You:

1. Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a focus on budgeting for large-scale projects and operations.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities, able to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
3. Proven leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and motivation across teams.
4. Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, using them to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
