JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of the department to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies and policies.
As the Director – Human Resources, you are required to plan, direct, and develop overall HR operations and coordinate the procedures, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
To lead the Human Resources function, overseeing HR strategies, policies, and practices and align them to support the company's overall business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute department strategies that are aligned with the company's goals and business plans by identifying and researching human resources issues.
- Implement the defined strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.
- Address HR-related concerns and ensure fair and consistent practice across the organization. Implement company policies and best practices that celebrate differences and create an inclusive environment.
- Develop and drive human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements.
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring equal opportunities and a diverse workforce.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
- Oversee maintenance of accurate HR records, reporting, and auditing processes.
- Drive robust recruitment efforts, establish best practices for talent sourcing, selection, onboarding, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Manage the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs by regularly monitoring industry trends to ensure our packages remain competitive and attractive.
- Implement performance evaluation and management systems to enhance employee productivity. Provide continuous guidance and support to the HR team and others in handling employee performance issues.
- Design and plan training needs, identify learning initiatives, and facilitate employee development programs to encourage a learning culture that supports career growth and skill enhancement for the employees.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources management, Business, or a related field.
- HR specific certifications such as SPHR / SHRM or CIPD is required.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in a lead position within HR management, preferably in the UAE or the Middle East.
- Experience in multiple project management, telecommunication, or construction industries.
- Experience in bulk recruitments and managing more than 2000 employees in previous roles.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.

Pay: AED 15,000.00 - AED 18,000.00 per month
