Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all government-related services, licensing applications, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth operations.
2. Design and implement best-in-class customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
3. Develop and refine service models to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and streamline operational workflows.
4. Act as the primary liaison with government entities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and facilitate business operations.
5. Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization to enhance overall service delivery.
6. Establish policies and strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and UAE government regulations.
7. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 12+ years of experience in government services, customer service management, operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Skills:
Proven experience in leading large teams, developing policies, and driving operational excellence.
Ability to manage and engage with high-level government officials and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills.
