About the Job

As a Director, Fitness in SIRO, your job will be to drive and lead the operational and financial direction of the Fitness and Recovery Labs ensuring complete viability of the facility, maximizing all opportunities and resources. To ensure that the highest standards of personal training, group exercise classes, and treatment services are adhered to at all times and that guest and member experience exceeds expectation. To work closely with the Hotel Manager in establishing and maintaining marketing objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, colleague relations, and training programs. To promote the overall philosophy and services working together with our guests and members to unlock and achieve their goals. Curating a journey dedicated to a guest's needs, delivering not only rewarding experiences in the short term but also long-lasting, sustainable success to reinforce the reputation and profile of SIRO for providing an immersive lifestyle destination.

About You

A perfect candidate should be fluent in English written and spoken, other languages a distinctive advantage.

1. Minimum of 3 years in 5 Star or boutique Fitness hospitality environment.
2. Previous experience as Wellness (Fitness or Spa) Manager in 5 Star or boutique club for a minimum of 2 years.
3. Educated to level of Internationally recognized advanced/higher Graduate Diplomas/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma.
4. Skills in sales and guest relations.
5. Outstanding customer service skills and a welcoming and sociable personality.
6. Attention to detail and aptitude to maintain a very hygienic environment.
7. Skills in managing and processing software such as Mindbody required.
8. Strong skills in administration.
9. Detail-oriented and have the skills to manage in accordance with standard operating procedures relating to service, training, inventory, and payroll.
10. Experience in handling crucial situations with guests and colleagues effectively.
11. Managing colleague performance issues quickly and effectively.
12. Possess a positive attitude, superior interpersonal skills, and strong leadership.
13. Strong ability to coach and motivate colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, build clientele, monitor productivity goals, and evaluate results.
14. Present a professional and polished appearance.
15. Developing innovative retail merchandising and selection of product.
16. Strong administration skills.
17. Flexible schedule, available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
