Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Oncology - $ to $ Per Hour

Location: Robbinsdale, Minnesota

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing individualized care to customers and their families according to established standards and policies. Depending on the clinic, customer populations may include infants, children, adolescents, adults, and others. The LPN provides observation, monitoring, and intervention when necessary.

Schedule:

1. 8 hours/day
2. Shift times: 7am to 4:30pm
3. Days: rotating shifts - mostly 7-3:30, 7:30-4, 8-4:30; no holidays or weekends
4. No weekend requirements
5. No on call requirements

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
2. Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing or Vocational School required
3. EPIC experience, vascular access experience, phlebotomy experience, clinic experience, venipuncture, and experience with EKGs preferred
4. Current licensure as LPN or LVN in the state of Minnesota - State Requirement
5. Current BLS Certification - BH Standard
