Roles & Responsibilities

The role will report to the Hotel Manager.

Who we're looking for

1. You will have had a successful career within 5-star hotels as an Executive Chef with large F&B operations working in the GCC.
2. You will have experience with international cuisines and have been at the forefront of introducing new concepts to the F&B operations.
3. You are creative and agile with attention to detail and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
4. You are looking for your first step into the entire F&B operation.
5. It is essential that you maintain a balanced focus on both service and culinary, with Outlet Managers reporting to you along with an Executive Chef.
