20 to 25 years’ experience in development and construction consultancy, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration and Commercial Management is required.
Experience in understanding of contract law to navigate negotiations and ensure contracts are legally sound.
Experience with financial aspects of contracts, including pricing models, payment terms, and budgeting.
Extensive experience in negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
