Director Consulting - Transportation and Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional internal and client teams to develop and deliver operations strategies with a particular emphasis on the implementation of cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement.
2. Focus on personal development by taking a keen interest in trends in different sectors and the impact on our clients to help shape their thinking and our success in the market.
3. Write and present winning proposals to support our clients in the Middle East.
4. Proactively lead the drafting of proposals and marketing efforts, participating in proposal pitches with a focus on converting pipelines into secured mandates.
5. Leverage experience in different industries to bring best practices that support our clients in achieving set engagement goals.
6. Collaborate with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives, as well as with international teams where appropriate.
7. Lead teams and mentor/train other members in your team/business unit to foster a high-performance team environment.
8. Develop your understanding of key themes in the transport and logistics market in the region while working with the T&L team.
9. Work collaboratively with other experts to shape the future of our clients and bring about positive change.
10. Stay up to date on the land transport industry in the region, including the government agenda, players' positioning and strategies, and the latest trends and developments.
