Key Responsibilities:

1. Write and present winning proposals to support our clients in ME.
2. Support the development of new propositions to help our clients.
3. Leverage your experience in different industries to bring best practices to support our clients in achieving set engagement goals.
4. Work with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives, as well as with international teams where appropriate.
5. Keep up to date with current trends from the region and from across the world.
6. Lead teams and mentor/train other members in your team/business unit to foster a high-performance team environment.
7. Develop your understanding of the key themes in the market and in the region while working in the team.
8. Work collaboratively with other experts to shape the future of our clients and to bring about positive change.
9. Have access to all of the latest training and development tools.

Requirements:

1. 14 years of experience in management consulting focusing on Construction/Real-estate Industry.
2. Extensive experience in managing organizational transformation/restructuring projects.
3. In-depth understanding and experience of strategy management, organization design, processes management and implementation, and PMO setup.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload while being resilient and able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proven IT skills in the following programs: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where project requirements dictate.
7. Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis, and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirable.
8. Ability to evaluate and manage our clients' unique challenges to maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital.
9. Leadership Legacy in developing client relations and negotiation skills.
10. Problem-solving and creative thinking.
11. Real Estate/Housing Sectoral Expertise.
12. Identifying consulting market opportunities.
