Overview

Looking for a strategic, self-driven, and dynamic Director - Channel Sales, to develop and execute mutually beneficial channel sales strategies for Core42, nurture and expand our channel partner network, create long-term collaborative relationships, and drive measurable revenue growth for our AI-driven digital transformation solutions. You will drive excellence in our channel sales operations, ensuring alignment with the company's larger business goals, and delivering exceptional value to our public sector and large enterprise clients.

The opportunity

To play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital transformation initiatives on a global scale, by driving the growth of Core42's generative AI, cybersecurity, and professional & managed service offerings for large enterprises and the government.

Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Responsibilities

Managerial:

  • Strategic Planning

Functional:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Build and manage strong long-term relationships with channel partners, helping them effectively position and sell our AI-driven digital transformation solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align channel sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the channel sales team, driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the channel sales landscape.
  • Establish and maintain partner program frameworks, ensuring clear communication and alignment with partner objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, promotional plans, and product roadmaps to maximize channel sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in channel sales and partner management
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology sales
  • At least 3 years in channel sales leadership roles
