Job description

We are hiring on behalf of a leading Dubai Government-owned entity for the position of Director - CEO Office. This role is critical in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO, ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and effective communication across the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Administrative Leadership: Manage and oversee the provision of comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO, ensuring effective schedule management, preparation of correspondence, and coordination of key meetings.
  2. Strategic Document Preparation: Conduct strategic reviews and prepare communications, reports, and presentations for the Group CEO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the focal point between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing inquiries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure smooth interactions and communication.
  4. Meeting Participation and Action Management: Attend critical meetings with the Group CEO, participate in business reviews, and ensure the effective implementation of action items while regularly updating on progress and challenges.
  5. Project Management: Monitor and manage the Group CEO's key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy and tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  6. Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining compliance with data protection and organizational policies.
  7. Event Management: Organize and facilitate high-level meetings and events, managing agendas, logistics, and post-event follow-ups to achieve strategic objectives.
  8. Advisory Coordination: Oversee the provision of expert advisory services on strategic and industry-specific matters by collaborating with stakeholders to enhance decision-making.
  9. Public Representation: Manage the Group CEO's participation in public appearances, speaking engagements, and organizational events, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging and maximizing impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Extensive experience supporting senior management in high-pressure environments.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  3. Preferred Education: Master's Degree (MBA, EMBA) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
