As part of the Oracle ECEMEA Insight team, you will be a core member working alongside leaders in technology and digital solutions. You will advise Oracle customers at the executive level across industries supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.
You will manage your own time while leveraging a broad and diverse set of skills across Oracle to develop relevant approaches. You will work primarily in your own region; travel is very manageable, and you will usually spend no more than two days a week at a customer site. Oracle encourages the virtual or remote office concept when not at a customer site. The nature and setup of the Insight engagements enable a healthy work-life balance, providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.
Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives' territory. Interacts with the sales team to architect the solution and develop and execute solution strategies for the market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solutions to high-level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.
