Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Growth & Revenue Strategy

• Develop and execute a high-impact business strategy to expand market share.
• Drive sales performance, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities (B2B partnerships, corporate deals, franchising, etc.).

Strategic Partnerships & Client Acquisition

• Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, hotels, corporate wellness programs, and real estate developers.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and secure long-term business agreements.
• Work closely with marketing & product teams to align offerings with market demand.

Leadership & Market Expansion

• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging fitness technologies.
• Develop and implement pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitability.
