Job Description
Working in close collaboration with all brand organizations (including Ennismore) and their various functional teams, The Brand Advisory Director is responsible for the delivery of residential brand advisory services globally. The Brand Advisory Director collaborates with residential development partners during the strategic planning process, ultimately approves residential marketing strategies, oversees the delivery of brand and product training to developer sales teams and brokers. The Brand Advisory Director assists partners in effectively bringing the brand to life in all sales and marketing applications, coordinates marketing material review and approval processes internally with relevant stakeholders (serving as a single point of contact for development partners) and assists partners in leveraging appropriate Accor platforms to support residential lead generation.

Qualifications
Typical Background
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing/Business/Hotel/Finance/Real Estate or similar; Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in residential real estate A background in branded residential development and hospitality is extremely valuable, with a deep understanding of mixed-use development
