Client Interview:
Direct client interview will take place in India. Tentative Dates – 15th April- 17th April Tentative locations are – Delhi, UP-Gorakhpur, Kolkata and Hyderabad/Kerala.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote Banking products.
Explain the features, benefits, and terms of the Banking Products to customers and address their queries.
Conduct sales activities in designated areas, including malls, offices, and other high-traffic locations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve or exceed the monthly sales targets set by the company.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications to the processing team.
Stay updated on product features, terms, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Maintain a database of potential leads and ensure follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.

Salary Payment:
For the first two months, selected candidates will receive their full salary as per the offer letter (AED 3000 - AED 5000).
From the third month onwards, salary will be performance-based.
Compensation Structure:
Compensation per card sold will range between AED 500 - AED 1000.
Salary will be calculated based on sales performance.
Upon arrival in UAE, the company will provide an advance payment of AED 1000 for housing allowance. This amount will later be deducted from the employee’s salary.
