Digital Workspace Specialist

We are currently hiring for Digital Workplace Specialist for our corporate office based in JAFZA, Dubai.

The Digital Workplace Specialist is responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of digital workplace solutions to enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement. This role focuses on implementing and supporting modern workplace technologies, ensuring seamless digital experiences, and continuously improving workplace tools aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Workplace Solutions Implementation: Identify, evaluate, deploy and manage collaboration platforms, productivity tools, and digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft Viva Engage, Monday.com, Miro, Teams, Slack, intranets, Copilot, Sharepoint, virtual desktops, chatbots, and automation tools).
• User Experience & Adoption: Drive change management initiatives to measure & enhance employee adoption of digital workplace solutions through training, engagement initiatives, support, and best practices.
• Automation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and integrate digital workplace tools with enterprise systems for a seamless user experience.
• Security & Compliance: Work with IT security teams to ensure digital workplace solutions adhere to company policies, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and guidance to employees on digital workplace tools, addressing challenges and ensuring optimal performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor user feedback, usage analytics, and industry trends to recommend enhancements to digital workplace strategies.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business units to ensure digital workplace tools align with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital workplace initiatives, with hands-on experience.
• Experience in communication, engagement, user training, change management, or adoption strategies for digital tools.
• Knowledge of automation, AI-driven workplace solutions, and integration technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
