Job description

The Digital Web Lead is a vital role behind the company's online presence, leading the optimisation and evolution of the website in close collaboration with our web development partner. This role ensures the website embodies the brand's core values, vision, and services while overseeing the timely delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds standards.

Utilising data-driven insights and industry best practices, the Digital Web Lead focuses on creating a seamless, user-centric experience. By analysing website performance, they identify and implement lead-generation strategies aimed at boosting conversion rates. With a sharp focus on SEO, they work tirelessly to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic, ensuring the site consistently ranks higher and engages visitors more effectively.

Additionally, the Digital Web Lead mentors the Content Administrator to maintain a steady stream of compelling, high-quality content that aligns with overarching marketing objectives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, they ensure that web strategies are fully integrated with broader marketing goals, driving growth and fostering a dynamic, unified brand presence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Website Optimisation & Strategy: create and execute a strategic roadmap aimed at enhancing the company website. This includes developing a comprehensive content management plan, improving user experience (UX), and driving SEO/SEM initiatives to ensure the site aligns with company goals.
  • Project Management: lead and manage the development agency, ensuring timely delivery of website improvements and adherence to quality standards and the SEO agency, to align organic strategy with company goals. Oversee the project lifecycle from planning to execution.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: work closely with the internal marketing team to understand campaign priorities and ensure the website is effectively integrated into all marketing programs, contributing to expected results.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: collaborate with the residential sales and leasing marketing manager and Off Plan marketing manager to implement effective strategies that increase lead generation and deliver high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) across the website.
  • Team Leadership & Guidance: manage and mentor the content administrator to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: use data from tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to generate web-related reports, analyse performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to ensure the website is delivering against KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within real estate or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of website management, UX/UI principles, SEO/SEM, web development best practice and lead conversion strategies.
  • Experience in using analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs (or equivalent) to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing lead generation and improving sales qualified leads (SQLs).
