Digital UAT Tester

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Digital UAT Tester to manage and perform user acceptance testing for digital banking projects. You will create and run test plans, report progress, and work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets expectations. Experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test plans and share reports with managers and stakeholders.
• Work with teams and stakeholders to ensure UAT is completed successfully.
• Use Jira and Confluence to track progress and keep records updated.
• Identify and fix or escalate any issues or risks during testing.
• Take notes in meetings, track action items, and update risk logs.
• Communicate testing progress and ensure UAT sign-offs are on time.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAT experience, especially in digital banking projects.
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and Agile Scrum practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle risks effectively.
