KEY RESONSIBILITIES
Discovery & Research
• Engage with department heads (housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, reservations, etc.) to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Document operational workflows and analyze process inefficiencies
• Research emerging tools, technologies, and digital strategies relevant to our industry
Solution Design
• Translate business challenges into clear digital requirements, user stories, and process maps
• Define project scopes, solution architecture (in collaboration with IT/developers), and automation opportunities
• Recommend the best mix of off-the-shelf tools, custom development, and process changes
Project Planning & Management
• Build timelines, allocate resources, and define milestones for digital initiatives
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and developers to deliver the project
• Track progress, flag blockers, and ensure timely execution
• Ensure proper documentation (BRDs, flow diagrams, process notes)
Implementation & Rollout
• Support QA and UAT phases, ensuring the solution is practical and scalable
• Lead onboarding and rollout across relevant departments
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and change management plans to ensure team adoption
• Monitor post-deployment results and collect feedback for iterative improvement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• 4+ years in digital transformation, process improvement, or business systems implementation
• Proven track record of independently leading projects from concept to rollout
• Strong understanding of process design, automation, and system integration
• Experience working with or around software like PMS systems, Guesty, Zapier/Make, task schedulers, or CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
• High-level proficiency in process mapping (Lucidchart, BPMN, UML)
• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with task/project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.)
