Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead our technology initiatives and ensure our systems, platforms, and digital strategies align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence, optimizing internal systems, and managing critical technology partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Technology Leadership
   • Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap to align with business goals.
   • Drive enhancements in systems such as CRM (e.g., Zoho), ensuring it meets the specific needs of the Sales and Marketing divisions.
   • Oversee the development and optimization of the company website, ensuring it aligns with branding, lead generation, and user experience goals.
2. IT Systems & Security
   • Lead the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
   • Regularly evaluate IT systems for efficiency and effectiveness, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
   • Manage relationships with licensed vendors, outsourced technology partners, and contractors.
   • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure value and timely delivery of technology solutions.
3. Project Management
   • Oversee the execution of key technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure technology initiatives meet their needs.
   • Identify emerging technology trends and propose solutions that drive business innovation and competitive advantage.
   • Ensure alignment with sustainability initiatives and industry standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and web development platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and integrations is a plus.
