The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence, optimizing internal systems, and managing critical technology partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Technology Leadership
Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap to align with business goals.
Drive enhancements in systems such as CRM (e.g., Zoho), ensuring it meets the specific needs of the Sales and Marketing divisions.
Oversee the development and optimization of the company website, ensuring it aligns with branding, lead generation, and user experience goals.
IT Systems & Security
Lead the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
Regularly evaluate IT systems for efficiency and effectiveness, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
Manage relationships with licensed vendors, outsourced technology partners, and contractors.
Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure value and timely delivery of technology solutions.
Project Management
Oversee the execution of key technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure technology initiatives meet their needs.
Identify emerging technology trends and propose solutions that drive business innovation and competitive advantage.
Ensure alignment with sustainability initiatives and industry standards.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or a similar leadership role.
Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and web development platforms.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and IT infrastructure management.
Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and integrations is a plus.
