We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Strategy Director to lead our digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Technology and Innovation: - Stay current with emerging digital technologies and trends. - Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts. - Lead initiatives involving AI, machine learning, and other innovative solutions.
Team Leadership and Development: - Manage and mentor a team of strategists. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. - Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital strategy and marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
