/Digital Project Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi and Dubai

Duration: Contract or Visa can be provided for full-time roles.

The Digital Project Manager will plan, manage, and implement digital marketing projects. Projects may include website projects, app launches, digital transformation projects, or customer experience projects.

Operational Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management.
• Manage design, content creation, IT teams, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Be highly organized and systematically execute daily tasks.
• Manage team members and encourage them to meet project deadlines.
• Produce succinct and effective project plans.
• Work with various teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor digital marketing ROI and KPIs.
• Manage team members to complete tasks on behalf of the project.
• Understand IT and digital processes.
• Engage, inspire, and motivate the team.
• Create daily action lists and prioritize tasks.
• Create project plans using Excel or online systems.
• Utilize scrum methodology techniques, including daily WIP meetings.
• Support Senior Managers in delivering digital projects such as mobile apps, transformation programs, or new websites.
• Deliver projects successfully and on time, meeting deadlines.
• Manage and deliver projects within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest technology and digital/social media trends.

Marketing Experience

• Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing philosophies and methodologies.
• Share examples of managing corporate digital projects, such as website launches or mobile app developments.
• Experience in managing a monthly content plan to encourage database sign-ups.
• Experience in delivering newsletters.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience managing digital partners.
• Understanding of SEO strategy and website ranking optimization.
• Support Senior Managers in monitoring, updating, and reporting on online performance.
• Assist the digital and marketing teams with ad-hoc requests or tasks as needed.

Relationship Management

• Engage with creative and direct marketing agencies for briefing, ideation, and delivery of digital media assets.
• Work with various teams and manage different personalities to deliver project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cultural sensitivities are respected.

Accountabilities

• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on project status.
• Highlight hurdles that must be overcome.
• Demonstrate determination to overcome issues to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit clear planning and organizational skills for high-pressure projects.
• Communicate effectively to keep teams updated.
• Inspire others to deliver project tasks.

Personal Specification

Minimum Experience: Experience running digital projects, please explain specific projects you have run.
Educational Qualifications: A qualification in marketing, business, management, or project management.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding and experience with project management systems such as Prince2, Agile, and Waterfall management techniques.
Skills And Abilities: Excellent project management skills, determination, ability to inspire others, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize and deliver project needs, strong relationship management skills, high attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, strong interpersonal and communication skills, understanding of web design, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
