Job Summary:

The Delivery Production Lead AMEP will oversee all aspects of production delivery within the region, ensuring compliance with RBG's technical standards and resource planning protocols. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, optimizing workflows, and integrating advanced design technologies. Collaborating closely with project teams and regional leadership, the Delivery Production Lead will drive operational efficiency, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to the strategic growth of the AMEP region.

The Role:

As the Delivery Production Lead AMEP, you will:

1. Resource Management: Lead the planning, allocation, and optimization of regional resources, including staff, subcontractors, and workshare partners, to ensure efficient project delivery.
2. Technical Oversight: Ensure all production outputs, including drawings and models, meet RBG's technical standards and client expectations.
3. Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and adopt best practices in project delivery.
4. Team Leadership: Support the professional development of staff through technical training, mentorship, and performance management.
5. Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
6. Digital Integration: Collaborate with BIM and VDC leaders to integrate advanced digital production methodologies into projects, enhancing delivery outcomes.
7. Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in delivery practices, keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies to maintain RBG's competitive edge.
8. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to RBG's policies, procedures, and quality management systems while providing regular updates to senior leadership.

About You:

You are a dynamic leader with a proven track record in delivery production, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills. Key qualifications include:

• Substantial experience in production management within the engineering or construction sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D production and modeling software.
• Strong understanding of BIM, VDC, and other digital delivery tools and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
