Job description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for fintech products and services. This role requires strong knowledge of financial products, digital trends, and performance-driven marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels: SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  2. Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) with fintech-relevant content.
  3. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
  4. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot, and provide actionable insights.
  5. Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  6. Oversee the marketing funnel and lead generation, including nurturing through automation tools.
  7. Stay current on fintech industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes to adapt marketing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in fintech or financial services.
  3. Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM/marketing automation).
  4. Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
  5. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a fintech-savvy tone.
