Job description

We are hiring for one of our Dubai based client for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist based out at Dubai location.


Job Overview:

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about generating fresh ideas, creating compelling content, and managing a strategic social media presence.

In addition to content creation, you will also develop scripts and scenarios that align with our brand's voice and objectives, and create visually appealing graphics for our social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Graphic Design:

  1. Develop, write, design, and execute engaging and innovative content for our social media platforms.
  2. Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other digital assets that align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  3. Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns that increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer interaction.
  4. Create scripts and scenarios for video content, ensuring each piece tells a compelling story that resonates with our target audience.

Content Management:

  1. Manage the day-to-day scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media content across all platforms.
  2. Analyze performance metrics to optimize content, improve engagement rates, and inform future campaigns.
  3. Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, graphic design best practices, and industry standards, continuously bringing new ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative social media campaigns, content, and graphic design work.
  2. Exceptional graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  3. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling scripts and scenarios for video content.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  6. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
