Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and enhance our social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow our online community. You'll work closely with the marketing team to align social strategies with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility
3. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, stories)
4. Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics to improve engagement
5. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interaction
6. Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and brand objectives

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content
3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
4. Excellent communication and creative writing skills
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on social media metrics
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
