Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    - Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies.
    - Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
    - Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  2. Content Creation:
    - Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
    - Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
  3. SEO and SEM:
    - Optimize content and website for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
    - Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
  4. Social Media Management:
    - Develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns.
    - Monitor and engage with social media followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  5. Email Marketing:
    - Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
    - Monitor and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    - Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
    - Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
  7. Collaboration:
    - Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency.
    - Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  4. Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  5. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  6. Strong creative and analytical skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with marketing automation tools.
  2. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development tools.
  3. Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  4. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
