We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our online marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media (Meta, WhatsApp), email, and more. You will collaborate with external partners, internal marketing and tech teams, and key stakeholders to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute campaigns across all digital channels (SEO, PPC, Meta, WhatsApp, email)
Develop engaging content and creative assets in collaboration with the marketing team
Manage campaign budgets and track performance metrics
Analyse data and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
SEO & PPC:
Manage and collaborate with external partners for SEO and PPC.
In conjunction with our external SEO partner, conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building for SEO.
In conjunction with our external PPC partner, develop and manage PPC campaigns across search and social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
Social Media Marketing:
Collaborate to develop and implement social media strategies for Meta and WhatsApp.
Run social media advertising campaigns and track their performance
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
Segment email lists and personalize email content
Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for deliverability and engagement
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness, and use them as a basis for internal reporting
Collaborate effectively with internal marketing and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Communicate campaign performance and insights to key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in a digital marketing role with a strong track record of success
In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
Experience managing and collaborating with external partners
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio (preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
