Job description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive high-impact digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on professional who can build and optimize landing pages, implement automation workflows, enhance SEO performance, and integrate marketing technology for maximum efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Infrastructure & Campaign

  • Build, maintain and optimize WordPress landing pages using Elementor or similar website builders.
  • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Set up and manage tracking pixels and analytics tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Develop and automate marketing workflows using Zapier (preferably n8n and other automation tools).
  • Integrate marketing technology solutions to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Execute WhatsApp Marketing campaigns to engage with audiences and drive conversions.
  • Manage Email Marketing campaigns including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Leverage martech tools to improve marketing performance and automation.
  • Work with APIs, low-code/no-code solutions, and automation platforms to connect marketing systems.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI-powered tools and automation strategies to optimize marketing efforts.

Data & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize landing pages and campaign performance.
  • Ensure proper attribution tracking across multiple marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor, Divi, or similar page builders).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier, n8n, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in setting up tracking pixels, analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • MarTech experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time onsite position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
