Digital Marketing Specialist

We are hiring for an award-winning consulting & design firm headquartered in the UAE, serving the Middle East & Africa region. The firm partners with private and public sector organizations globally, bridging the gap from ideas to execution.

• Location: JLT, Dubai, UAE
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: AED 6,000 - 8,000 per month

Key Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital ad platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Experience with F&B, HORECA, or service industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging, consistent content.
• Develop and execute creative digital campaigns using automation tools.
• Create audience targeting strategies, ad copy, and optimized landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with SEO and development teams to improve search engine rankings and website performance.
• Produce visual content such as videos, reels, and graphics.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and nurturing strategies.
• Oversee Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and other online advertising efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
• Monitor online brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries.
• Work closely with design, development, and content teams to align marketing strategies.
