Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in real estate marketing within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive real estate sales. This role requires expertise in paid media strategy, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, develop, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality real estate leads.
  2. Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and craft effective ad strategies tailored to the UAE real estate market.
  3. Optimize ad campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and conversion using A/B testing and performance analytics.
  4. Implement retargeting strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
  5. Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPL, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and compelling copy that resonate with UAE real estate buyers.
  7. Stay updated with real estate digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  8. Manage ad budgets efficiently, scaling campaigns profitably while maintaining optimal cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  9. Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
  10. Generate detailed performance reports and insights to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in UAE real estate marketing.
  3. Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and retargeting strategies.
  5. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and ad performance tracking tools.
  6. Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and apply insights for optimization and scaling.
  7. Excellent knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with design, sales, and development teams.
  9. Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, buyer behavior, and competitive marketing strategies.
