Digital Marketing Senior Specialist (FFS & JV Events)

JOB PURPOSE OVERVIEW

Manage the development, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns ensuring they are aligned with the events' strategic objectives, fostering engagement and driving sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Digital Marketing Management: Develop and implement campaigns aligned with the events' goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage digital campaign budgets, and ensure alignment with the overall guidelines.
2. Data Analysis & CRM: Contribute to customer journey analysis, help interpret data for campaign optimization, support the marketing data analytics program especially CRM focused, and assist in identifying marketing trends and potential risks.
3. Client Management: Manage the digital campaign including coordination with the client for approval and reporting purposes.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGEMENT

1. Manage the planning, development, and implementation of digital campaigns across channels.
2. Stay informed about digital marketing trends and best practices providing suggestions for relevant events strategy adjustments.
3. Manage the media buys and target audience strategies and approaches.
4. Build and nurture relationships with digital partners such as TT META and Spotify to explore partnership opportunities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ticketing platforms to streamline user experiences.
6. Manage the email marketing initiatives including list segmentation and testing.
7. Optimize the events' digital platforms for SEO, mobile optimization, and user experience.
8. Manage the development of digital content and assets for events.
9. Manage digital campaign budgets and reporting ensuring campaigns are timely, within budget, and ROI-driven.
10. Support in conceptualizing and designing digital campaigns ensuring they complement the events' overarching strategies.
11. Regularly conduct research on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
12. Provide actionable insights and recommendations on how these can be integrated into Ethara’s or relevant events' digital strategy.
13. Assist in the planning and execution phases of digital campaigns.
14. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to marketing and event promotion.

DATA ANALYSIS & CRM

1. Collaborate in analyzing the sales funnel for insights on customer journeys and optimization areas.
2. Assist in data interpretation for campaign effectiveness trends and optimization strategies.
3. Collaborate on creating timely and insightful marketing reports.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute grade requirement according to the Delegation of Authority (DoA) while delegating tasks when appropriate.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements and the Company’s governance structure.
3. Execute requests from reporting line within the broad scope of the roles and responsibilities of this job description.

EXPERIENCE EXPECTED

5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on events and entertainment companies/clients.

EDUCATION EXPECTED

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

SOFT SKILLS

Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Data analysis proficiency with a keen eye for insights. Familiar with marketing automation tools, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and website analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

CONTRIBUTION TO CULTURE

Ensure positive collaboration between the Brand and Comms function and other units to meet Ethara’s or relevant events' objectives.

WORKING CONDITIONS

UAE based with domestic and international travel as required. Remote working permitted in line with Human Capital policies.
