Digital Marketing Officer

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of creating successful campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.)
2. Manage and optimize company website, social media platforms, and other digital assets
3. Create engaging and creative content for online campaigns, including ads, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts
4. Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make informed adjustments
5. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives
6. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
7. Monitor competitors' online activities and propose improvements
8. Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and optimize ROI

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
3. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM best practices, Adobe Applications
4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (CMS)
5. Excellent communication and copywriting skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
8. Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities
