Digital Marketing Manager/ Website Administrator

Chelsea Pharmacy Medical Clinic is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering best in class medical and healthcare services. We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Marketing & Web Manager to join our team and drive our online presence to the next level.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing & Web Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. This role will also oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our website, ensuring an optimal user experience and alignment with our marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for digital innovation. Will also possess a genuine demonstrable interest in female health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  1. Understand and work with AI applications for digital marketing.
  2. Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
  4. Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling digital content, including videos, infographics, and blog posts.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
  7. Show high level of competency in Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn/Google Ads.

Website Administrator:

  1. Proven experience as a Website Administrator, Web Developer, or similar role.
  2. Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
  3. Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  4. Manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
  5. Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing and web management, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  4. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  2. Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  4. Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of another European language will be advantageous.
