Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. If you have a passion for driving digital campaigns, analyzing marketing trends, and optimizing business performance, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Digital Campaigns & Web Measurement Strategies:
    • Craft and execute innovative digital marketing strategies targeting events and inbound tours.
  2. Engage potential customers through compelling messaging across digital channels:
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  3. Create Dashboards & Performance Reports:
    • Design insightful dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
    • Provide comprehensive performance reports that highlight trends and actionable insights.
  4. Monitor & Analyze Digital Trends:
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and propose innovative marketing approaches.
    • Analyze trends to enhance the company’s marketing strategies.
  5. Communication & Presentation:
    • Present complex data and strategies to colleagues, senior managers, and clients in a clear and engaging manner.
  6. Analyze Sales Funnels & Customer Intent:
    • Improve conversion rates by analyzing sales funnels and customer behavior.
  7. Campaign Performance & Budget Monitoring:
    • Oversee the performance of online and offline campaigns, optimize budget allocation, and maximize ROI.
  8. Recommend Website & Campaign Optimizations:
    • Suggest improvements based on data analysis to enhance website functionality and campaign effectiveness.
  9. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams:
    • Align sales and marketing efforts to generate leads and acquire clients.
  10. Manage OTA Platforms:
    • Update and optimize listings on platforms like Bokun and Viator to increase visibility and bookings.
  11. Plan & Execute SEO/SEM Strategies:
    • Drive SEO/SEM initiatives, optimizing content and paid search campaigns for better rankings and visibility.
  12. Graphic Design & Video Editing:
    • Create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring brand alignment.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM strategies, and OTA platforms.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Creative flair with experience in graphic design and video editing.
