Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies, prioritizing lead generation and conversion to support business objectives.

SEO and Content Strategy

  • Design and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, focusing on keywords relevant to real estate in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engagement.

Paid Advertising Campaigns

  • Oversee and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant channels.
  • Manage budget allocation for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.

Lead Generation and CRM Management

  • Develop lead generation funnels and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Implement tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to monitor user behavior and campaign effectiveness.

Email and WhatsApp Marketing

  • Design and oversee targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and personalization to engage potential clients.
  • Track campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and use insights to improve future campaigns.

Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, providing insights into campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Use data to make informed decisions, continually testing and refining strategies to improve digital marketing ROI.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with the social media, Content, and Design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance on best practices and helping them develop professionally.

Brand and Customer Experience Management

  • Uphold and enhance brand positioning, ensuring all digital communications align with the company's values and objectives.
  • Develop customer journey maps to understand touchpoints and optimize user experience on digital channels.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in digital marketing, preferably within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
