We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our next phase of growth. We want someone experienced, strategic, and hands-on, ready to take full ownership of the digital marketing engine.

The Role

You’ll own the digital marketing function, from paid media and CRM to content, SEO, and CRO. You won't be doing it all alone but you'll need to know how to guide, manage, and challenge the right people to get results. Whether it’s leading in-house creatives or working hand-in-hand with top-tier agencies, you'll be responsible for ensuring everything aligns, performs, and moves the brand forward.

We don't expect you to be an expert in every area but you must bring deep expertise in some and know how to manage experts in others.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy & Growth
    1. Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
    2. Identify key growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and campaigns
    3. Build, manage, and grow a high-performing internal digital team
    4. Collaborate with top-tier agencies and freelancers to scale output and expertise
  2. Paid & Performance Marketing
    1. Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn
    2. Own performance KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, and LTV
    3. Build full-funnel strategies that include testing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
    4. Analyze campaign data to inform creative direction and budget allocation
  3. Email, SMS & CRM
    1. Create and manage lifecycle marketing flows to improve retention and LTV
    2. Segment audiences for personalized email and SMS campaigns
    3. Build automated journeys using platforms like Klaviyo
    4. Monitor performance metrics like open rate, CTR, and revenue per recipient
  4. Content & Creative Collaboration
    1. Lead campaign briefing and content planning with internal and external creatives
    2. Oversee the rollout of performance-driven visuals and video content
    3. Manage the content calendar to align with promotions, seasons, and launches
    4. Ensure brand tone and creative consistency across all digital assets
  5. Social Media & Brand Visibility
    1. Set strategy and oversee execution for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
    2. Leverage short-form video, UGC, and storytelling to drive engagement
    3. Align content with brand voice, audience interests, and trends
    4. Track growth, engagement, and content performance across channels
  6. Website, SEO & CRO
    1. Ensure website is fast, mobile-optimized, and built to convert
    2. Manage A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and CRO initiatives
    3. Work with developers and designers to improve funnel performance
    4. Oversee ongoing SEO efforts to boost rankings and organic traffic
  7. Reporting & Insights
    1. Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across all digital channels
    2. Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
    3. Report results clearly and consistently to leadership and cross-functional teams
    4. Use data to inform decisions on budget allocation, campaign focus, and creative

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience in key digital marketing areas, especially paid media, CRM, or content
  • Proven ability to lead a team, collaborate with agencies, and manage cross-functional projects
  • Clear understanding of DTC performance marketing, ideally in food, health, fitness, or lifestyle brands
  • Strategic and creative, comfortable in both data and design conversations
  • Based in Dubai, fluent in digital culture, with strong knowledge of Western consumer behavior
