Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager fluent in English to lead our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, Google Ads campaign management, project management for 360 marketing activities, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape and behavioural aspects of global customers.
What you'll do:
- Plan, implement, and optimise multilingual digital campaigns across various channels including social media ads, Google Ads, display advertising, SEO, and others.
- Ensure transparent project management with detailed reporting and control over deadlines.
- Manage budgets with the prime focus on its optimization to achieve positive ROI in different markets.
- Track KPIs for both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns, delivering regular reports to stakeholders.
- Utilise analytical tools and insights to assess campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Create media plans for each entity or business unit and manage its implementation with the team.
- Seamlessly organise and manage PR and marketing activities start to finish.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and provide transparency.
- Update and enhance digital assets like landing pages, content, digital and print materials.
- Provide recommendations for content and SEO optimization with clear set deliverables to improve search engine visibility.
- Partner with sales directors to generate leads from different demographics.
- Manage HR marketing and HR brand development in the digital landscape.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent English language, and preferably Russian.
- Preferably experience in Russian, European, and US markets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Project management experience managing marketing, PR, events, and other activities.
- Preferably experience in global companies with multiple offices.
- A proven track record of managing and executing paid media campaigns across diverse marketing platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Direct Marketing).
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and marketing team.
- Strong organisational and self-motivational skills, attention to details, and a data-driven approach.
- Preferably strong experience in the Real Estate industry managing marketing activities.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources to achieve marketing objectives.
